- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- RNs with less than 12 months of working experience must obtain their BSN within five years of starting with Intermountain.
- Frequent interactions requiring verbal communication and understanding of spoken information, alarms, and issues.
- Manual dexterity for manipulating equipment accurately, including computer use and typing for documentation, information access, and medication preparation.
- Expected to lift and transfer patients, bend to lift supplies, and assist with patient ambulation.
- Walking, pushing/pulling equipment, and standing for extended periods may be expected.
