    Description

    MUST HAVE ER EXPERIENCE:
    Direct and indirect patient care in emergency, acute care, outpatient, and swing bed settings. Initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision. Patient triage, prioritization, and communication with attending providers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, and adjusts nursing care processes.
    • Cross trains on new equipment and performs head-to-toe assessments.
    • Uses triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care.
    • Adequately assesses and reassesses pain, educates patients, and documents pain assessments.
    • Monitors hemodynamic status, interprets cardiac monitoring results, and treats appropriately.

    Requirements:

    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
    • Current RN license within the state of practice.
    • AHA BLS Certification.
    • AHA ACLS Certified.
    • TNCC.
    • AHA PALS.

    $36/hour for 36 hours worked. Paid time off (PTO) based on actual hours worked.
