Technical Project Manager/ Product Management
Hybrid work in Plano TX
6-12 months ongoing rolling contract

Strong written and spoken communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Management Information Systems
5-8 years of experience of project management and project management skills
2-4 years of experience of Scrum methodology
Successful multiple projects in Product Management and/or Product Development
Certifications – Nice to Have
Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Job Responsibilities
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout the entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to automotive cybersecurity standards and regulations.
Support audit requests
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined project requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Turns data insights into projects with actionable outcomes.
Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refine priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
Leads the process based on an intimate knowledge of stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge requirements with project goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
Analyze the project plans and provide actionable feedback for improvements.
Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
Work with overseas members especially in Japan by attending early morning or late evening meetings, resolve conflicts coming from cultural and/or business practice differences, and establish collaboration with all members towards the same goal.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities, however, at times this role is expected to lead, train, and mentor project team members.
On-site (Plano, TX) & hybrid
Required to be onsite immediately when requested.
Travel
This position requires up to 5% travel of domestic and overseas.
