    About the Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant at Concept Rehab

    What You'll Do:

    • Work on treatment plans developed by the Licensed Occupational Therapist.
    • Communicate patient progress, issues, and plans effectively.
    • Participate in various meetings and training programs.
    • Record treatment notes, progress notes, and complete daily billing.
    • Provide instructions on maintenance programs to families and nursing staff.
    • Recommend equipment for improved clinical service delivery.
    • Act as a clinical trainer for relevant programs.
    • Comply with licensure and certification standards.
    • Portray company's values and mission effectively.

    Core Competencies:

    Develop strong relationships and possess high emotional intelligence. Exhibit outstanding communication, problem-solving, and critical evaluation skills. Show cultural awareness, ethical practice, and ability to make independent judgments while maintaining confidentiality.

    Qualifications:

    Must be licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant state(s) where services are provided.
