This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is responsible for providing support for various accounting functions.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform monthly account analyses and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly journal entries for month-end close
Responsible for monthly lease accounting procedures
Prepare Audit Schedules for Interim and Year-End
Assist with various monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts
Assist with compliance process and internal audit function
Perform other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or in Business with emphasis in accounting 3-5 years of work experience in accounting department
Knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP)
Strong financial analysis skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients or customers.
Proficient in Excel & SAP experience preferred
Experience with OneStream and/or Prophix software, a plus.
Ability to resolve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where only a limited amount of information may be available.
Careful attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while achieving deadlines
Manufacturing/Distribution background, a plus.
CPA license, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range of $80,000-$100,000/year
