    Senior Talent Acquisition SpecialistLocation: Vancouver, WA

    Position Summary:
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to be partnering with a fantastic company for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Role.
    You will be pivotal in consulting, sourcing, and recruiting senior-level and hard-to-fill positions.

    This individual will serve as a critical resource to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, strategically navigating complex, niche positions by developing creative staffing strategies.

    The role requires a 'talent hunter' mentality in sourcing, engaging, and maintaining diverse pipelines through effective recruitment strategies. The position involves full lifecycle recruiting, providing the highest level of staffing services, and developing hiring manager capabilities. Additionally, the Specialist will participate in projects aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities.


    Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
    Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a compliant collaborative hiring process.
    Lead and mentor recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team success.
    Maintain staffing dashboards and metrics.
    Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate skills.
    Utilize applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate information.
    Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations related to hiring.
    Manage presentation, selection, offer, and closing of talent acquisition.
    Develop pipeline strategy for various positions.
    Participate in or lead development and training project teams.
    Provide exceptional client service.
    Perform other related duties as required.


    Job Scope:


    The incumbent operates under broad guidelines but is expected to use creativity and innovation to accomplish compliance, talent acquisition, and development objectives.

    The ability to modify existing protocols and procedures is essential.


    Supervisory Responsibility:
    Act as a mentor to junior Talent Acquisition and Development resources. Potential to be a team lead depending on experience.


    Interpersonal Contacts:
    Coordinate efforts with managers, supervisors, and HR staff internally. Externally, interact with industry contacts, community networks, government representatives, and educational contacts.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Ability to present new talent acquisition concepts to leadership.
    Command attention and respect of management teams.
    Knowledge of laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
    Experience designing and implementing sourcing strategies.
    Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Adept at working with different personality types.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


    Education and/or Experience:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or HR preferred.
    Minimum four (4) years of full lifecycle talent acquisition required.
    Experience in marine, construction, or heavy industrial manufacturing industries preferred.
    ATS Experience (Jobvite preferred).General HR experience preferred.

    Compensation:
