    Responsibilities of the National Accounts Manager include, but are not limited to:

    Serving as a national resource to help sell, implement and support National Accounts
    Working with DXP's Regional Sales Management to grow National Accounts
    Serving as a coordinator to all DXP Service Centers offering communication, training and solutions for monitoring customer satisfaction inside National Accounts operationally
    Building relationships with key personnel in corporate National Accounts to generate sales growth
    Be a single point of contact internally for all Service Centers handling National Accounts
    Drive and ensure contract compliance within Service Center Operations
    Coordinate committed inventory setup, maintenance, maintain pricing, and documented cost savings
    Regularly communicate performance levels and process improvements to Service Centers
    Quarterly Meetings with corporate clients to review program initiatives and contractual obligations
    Help set short and long-term sales strategies for National Accounts
    Support the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the company through National Accounts

    Qualifications of the National Accounts Manager include, but are not limited to:

    7 years of Outside Sales and Rotating Equipment experience in the Industrial Distribution Market
    Understanding of complex sales
    Experience calling on Senior Management as well as Purchasing, Maintenance and Engineering
    Self-starter with exceptional communications and interpersonal skills
    Proficient with all Microsoft products with an emphasis on Excel
    Proficient and active with Sales Force
