Description
LHH is currently looking to fill a HR Generalist Job in Albuquerque, NM This role is with a company that has a great reputation and offers an exciting and centrally located work environmentYou will be supporting the HR Manager and a staff of around 100 people.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with any changes in policies/procedures and communicate them effectively to all employees and new hires
Managing benefits administration and communicate important updates to all existing and new employees
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with all recruiting efforts and candidate retention
Coordinate all new hire orientations and prepare material needed
Employee relations and investigations
Special projects/duties that are assigned
Qualifications:
3+ years of HR experience
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required, Human Resources concentration preferred
SHRM certification highly preferred
Proficiency with various HRIS systems needed
Must have exceptional written/verbal communication skills and professionalism
Salary:
$55k-$70k
Location:
Albuquerque, NM; onsite
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Details:
$55,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
