    Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Secret Service Desk Analyst who will support a government contract located in Falls Church, VA. The Secret Service Desk Analyst will provide Tier I and II support using ITSM ticketing system.

    Responsibilities for Secret Service Desk Analyst:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier I and II incidents to include: system inquiries, requests, incidents, software installation, printer support, hardware support (desktop, laptop, peripheral).
    • Perform in person customer service and phone support service to the end-user community.
    • Handle efficiently, high volume ticket queue by supporting tickets daily, using ticking system.
    • Document, maintain, and store specific information, including as-built diagrams and SOPs/Job Aides.
    • Support focus teams or specialized projects to promote rapid improvement turnaround.
    Qualifications for Secret Service Desk Analyst:

    • 1 years of relative experience

    • Secret Clearance

    • Security +

    • High School diploma or equivalent

    Compensation for Secret Service Desk Analyst:
    • $60,000 - $75,000 *Depending on Experience.
