We are looking for Radio Engineer at Jacksonville, FL. This is a Hybrid role and Full Time as well.

Position Skills

• Managing the development and implementation of RF network solutions primarily in the VHF bands

Delivering technical solutions that include technical processes, drawings and documentation.

• Managing inventories and ordering for projects
• Providing support and direction for the customer on implementation of designs and, standard processes.
• Developing initiatives and leading both small and large projects to improve reliability of the radio network
• Coordinating and leading testing and troubleshooting efforts for the customer when needed
• Engage in regular contact with the customer to ensure project objectives are be meet

Secondary Skills

• Experience in Railroad RF Communications
• Ability to be a technical strategic thought leader
• Experience with Mentum Planet, Radio Soft or similar RF Planning Software.
• Experience using RF test equipment specifically Anritsu or Freedom Communication
• Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations
• Experience creating Process documentation (Methods & Procedures) and Process flows.
• Experience creating engineering drawings using Visio
• Project Management experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Experience crafting test plans
