Job DescriptionAs a valued contributor to our team, you will provide expertadvice to the team and participate in designing, developing, testing,and/or maintaining hardware, technology, and/or processes.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Information Security Technology – Engineering –Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own,while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on thefollowing responsibilities:
Determine the needs of customer groups across multiple projects,programs, or products while identifying and resolving conflicting and/orcomplementary needs.
Design and develop technical solutions, which include leading matrixedteams.
Apply extensive expertise in process-driven approach in designingsolutions.
Oversee the maintenance of existing technical solutions.

QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences6 yearsDesired ExperiencesBachelor's degree or equivalentCISSP, CISM or relevant certifications4+ years of experience in leading development team.

Experience with Data Scanning Tools deploymentExpertise in developing applications and services using languages suchas Java, Python, debugging, and using related technologiesExperience using software and computer systems' architecturalprinciples to integrate enterprise computer applications.

Proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Bitbucket,Jenkins, Gitlab) Experience with build tools (Gradle, Maven, Nexus,etc.
Experience working in AWS Services and lead the design and providesolutions for complex business problems.
SkillsExperienced cyber leader with strong understanding and ability toidentify and prioritize vulnerabilities in an organization's systems andnetworks.
Experienced in planning and executing vulnerability managementinitiatives, coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and trackprogress towards project goals.
Experienced in delivering quality solutions using automation tostreamline processes, reduce workloads, and improve efficiency andreliability.
Experienced in leveraging data science and analytics to prioritizecyber risk reduction activities.

Understand and have led technology management projects that are crossfunctional and at the enterprise levelCritical thinking and strong analytical skills to drive solutions,alternative plans, and conclusions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability toexplain complex plans/ideas clearly and concisely, and to engage senioraudiences when presenting these issues broadly.

Strong executive presenceand presentation skillsCollaborates effectively and forms positive partnerships with teammembers in groups and levels across a matrixed organizationAble to multi-task and provide effective people management skillsPossess strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong relationship management skills in influencing and being able todrive resultsExperience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance,and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desiredoutcomesCollective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, givingfeedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoringExperience gathering accurate information to explain concepts andanswer critical questionsWorking with people with different functional expertise respectfullyand cooperatively to work toward a common goalMonitoring and managing operation systems, ensuring they staycompliant.

Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effortto meet strategic objectivesAdept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensuresuccessful project completionRisk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designingcontrols, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps,remediating risk, etc.

Designing and evaluating security systems, identifying securitythreats, securing computers, assessing vulnerability, etc.

ToolsSkilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development,and networking platformsSkilled in ServiceNow to manage digital workflowsAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
