    Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque leader au Maroc, un Consultant en Support Incident.

    Descriptif de la mission :

    Appartenant à l'équipe Support Applicatif Niveau 1, l'incident manager aura en charge de:

    • Assister les équipes SA à la gouvernance transverse des incidents
    • Coordonner avec les lignes de métiers pour prioriser et suivre les incidents
    • Préparer et animer le comité d'incidents (KPI, Faits marquants de la semaine, Suivi des incidents priorisés par les lignes de métier)
    • Analyser les KPI et mettre en place un plan d'action pour alléger le stock et le flux de déclaration des incidents

    Exemples:

    • Relance des métiers
    • Préparation, animation et suivi des ateliers
    • Relance pour la prise en charge des tickets incidents non affectés

    Profil recherché :

    • Lauréat d'école d'ingénieurs
    • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'incident manager au niveau d'une institution financière

    Type de contrat: Freelance

    Durée de la mission : 3 mois renouvelables (Visibilité sur minimum 1 année)
