• We are seeking an experienced data science individual contributor to enable deep insights and capabilities on ads measurement methodology.

• Master's degree in statistics, economics, operations research, engineering, or related field
• 6 years of industry experience in ads measurement methodology
• Proficient coding skills (SQL/Python/R) and database knowledge
• Extensive experience with predictive modeling algorithms
• strng project management skills, including managing technical resources and multiple priorities & milestones.
• You have a passion for working in a fast-paced agile environment.
• A collaborative mindset and sense of curiosity

• PhD degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field
• Advanced programming skills with experience of creating Python modules
• Experience with A/B and Multivariate test design and implementation

• Perform hands-on ads measurement modeling and complex analyses using Python, SQL
• Build and enhance synthetic control group, ghost ads, MTA, MMM algorithm to estimate ads incremental impact

• Experience level:

• Minimum 3 years of experience
