- Ensure applicants meet our quality standards prior to interviews
- Conduct initial telephone interviews & schedule office interviews
- Conduct in-office and virtual interviews
- Schedule and present new employee orientation
- Coordinate with outside trainers for specialized employee training
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, licensure verifications and other new hire compliance checks
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and compliant employee personnel and licensure information in automated systems and hard copy personnel files
- Support day-to-day tasks for implementing employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs
- Assist with caregiver terminations, probations, performance reviews and job counseling
- Process employee forms for items such as employment verification and reference checks
- Assist in the logistics and setup of employee training programs
- Manage implementation and tracking of the in-service program
- Work closely with the Care Management team to determine recruiting requirements, and then assist with implementing a recruiting program that meets the needs of our CM team.
- To a limited extent, assist in identifying available staff for shifts during busy times and during absences of the Client Care Supervisors
