    Learn More Here - The In Vivo Technologist III works under minimum supervision and possesses the ability to perform the highest level skills with considerable latitude for independent judgement.

    Major responsibilities include leading execution of crucial activities, demonstrating excellent stewardship of designated room space, teaching as a certified trainer on multiple techniques, improving processes, and developing new methods.

    As a project lead, the incumbent must be aware of all major study milestones and is capable of identifying risks, representing the team during meetings, and assisting in the scheduling of activities.

    The level III technologist must possess exceptional attitude and work ethic, with the fortitude to perform at the highest level under the most difficult and taxing circumstances.


    Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
    Perform all basic, advanced, and specialized biomethods at the highest level of quality. Serve as the exemplary point of contact for demonstration and audits. Assist in new method development.
    Responsibilities includes successfully serve as the lead on studies, identify risks, and assist in scheduling of activities.
    Training – Train junior technologists as a certified trainer
    Process Improvement – Complete process improvement projects
    Room Stewardship – Organized and manage room space to ensure optimal work environment. Perform basic room sanitation, organize and restock lab spaces, and help the lab monitor equipment operational status. Take pride in the general stewardship of the In Vivo working environment
    Other duties as assigned The wage range is $ $38.64 per hour. Pay will be determined based upon qualifications and experience. There are 2 openings for this In Vivo Technologist III role.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree required, years of experienced considered as well in combination with other degrees with 3 or more years' applicable work experience in a laboratory/animal care setting or all requirements for a Technologist III have been met.

    Capable of performing a wide range of animal biomethods, including dosing, blood and tissue collection, and other specialized techniques.

    Lab equipment operation experience, including using centrifuges, Pipettes, water baths, etc.
    In Vitro experience, such as mammalian cell culture and flow cytometry preferred.
    Chemical formulation experience preferred.
    Training and mentoring experience with exemplary attitude and work ethic.
    Demonstrated commitment on improving processes in order to provide exceptional efficiency, quality, and research execution.
    Demonstrated professional workmanship, resulting in adherence to laboratory, department and company policies, SOPs, and all matters relating to the integrity, quantity and quality of products and services
