- Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.
- Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Work with a high quality, collaborative team.
- Regional Travel
- Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.
- Full Travel
- Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable.
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays
- Mileage and meal reimbursement provided (if applicable)
- Lodging accommodations provided by the Company (if applicable)
- Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification. (STNA, CNA, SRNA)
- Every other weekend and holiday work availability.
- At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive base wages
