    Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership is looking for a motivated individual to fill a rewarding position working in our Infant and Toddler room as a Co-Teacher/Home Visitor. Individuals would be responsible for:

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. The care and education of young children, ages 6 weeks to 3 years of age.
    2. Creating a warm and nurturing relationship with each child, and promoting a quality Infant/Toddler program for children and families to ensure performance standards are met.
    3. Co-planning activities and ongoing assessments of the children.
    4. Conducting home visits with assigned families and ensuring our organizations Core Values are always kept at the forefront.
    5. Demonstrating effective communication and a non-judgmental attitude when working with staff, families and children.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. A valid Nebraska Driver's License, reliable transportation and a working phone.
    3. Be able to provide CPR and First Aid Certificate or obtain CPR and First Aid certificate within 90 days of hire and maintain current certification throughout employment.
    4. Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in Spanish and English.
    5. Prior experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old is preferred. This position is 40 hours work week working Monday-Thursday with a flexible schedule. Pay is $15.54 to $17.16 dependent on qualifications.
