Job summary
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) support people enrolled in programs living in homes operated by Volunteers of America Chesapeake. They teach independent living skills and provide support with daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Provides support for people as necessary to ensure needs are met.
- Instructs, supports and participates in performing household tasks with people such as cleaning, preparing meals etc.
