Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain all Incident Review and Human Rights Committee records, keep meeting minutes review documentation and verify all required elements are completeEnsure incident packages are submitted timely and IRMA entries and updates are completed timely in accordance with regulationsTrack all Letters of Determination and updates database accordinglyChecks and scans all closed incidents to IRMA database and closes incidents as per regulatory requirementsReview and appropriately respond to requests from OPWDD, OPWDD IMU, OPWDD CAPS, Justice Center, SED, RIA, CHOICES and other regulatory agenciesAssist in completion of quarterly and annual incident and compliance trend analysisFiles, types, uploads, copies and distributes routine, confidential and sensitive material for Quality ManagementEnters to CHIOICES, monitors approvals/disapprovals, distributes and maintains OPWDD DDP1 and DDP2 documents 'Maintains HIPAA and Liability forms for al UCP of LIOrder and maintain department suppliesOther duties as assigned
