    Position: Technical Account Manager (TAM)

    What You'll Do

    • Forge strong relationships throughout the customer's organization
    • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, especially in challenging situations, to achieve common goals and ensure project success
    • Identify customer needs based on their technical and business objectives, proposing solutions that drive their progress
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in AI technologies to guide customers through product implementation
    • Assess customer health and risks, developing plans to mitigate issues proactively
    • Lead customer meetings, take ownership of status updates, and provide regular knowledge sharing sessions
    • Strategically advise customers on business and technical challenges, helping them achieve their goals
    • Guide customers through product releases and complex changes in their environment
    • Resolve technical escalations and critical issues, ensuring customer success and satisfaction
    • Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to enhance customer support
    • Drive innovation and process improvements within the Adobe ecosystem
    • Mentor team members on best practices to deliver exceptional customer service
    • Travel occasionally to customer sites when required

    What You Need to Succeed

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5 years in technical account management or related roles in the technology industry
    • Extensive experience in enterprise IT environments
    • Strong executive communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
    • Demonstrated success in customer interactions and presentations

    Adobe offers competitive compensation based on the market and location, with salaries ranging from $93,200 to $162,800 annually. Salary specifics will be discussed during the recruitment process based on job-related factors.

    For sales roles, starting salaries include total target compensation comprising a base salary and commission. Non-sales positions offer a base salary with annual incentives. Certain roles may also qualify for long-term equity incentives.
