We are looking for a VP, Credit & Portfolio Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.


Your specific duties will include:
Supporting the overall credit and portfolio management function for the bank's Corona Office.

Facilitating comprehensive credit analysis of existing and potential clients, and assisting in the management of risk in existing relationships to protect the financial health of the Bank.

Providing relationship managers with support in underwriting and business development, and providing financial counsel to current and prospective customers, while ensuring adherence to all bank policy and procedures.

Handling complex accounts and making credit recommendations independently.
Calling potential or existing customers to assist in the retention and growth of existing business relationships.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Bachelor's degree from a college or university; and related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate experience, knowledge, and training in progressively responsible bank administration, management, and supervisory activities.
Advanced experience, knowledge, and training in all operational and lending activities and terminology.

Advanced knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank operational and lending policies and procedures, and the Bank's products and services.

Proven ability to effectively train and instruct others in a formal group or one-on-one environment.


Pay Rate Range :
$110,000 - $145,000/yearCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
