    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with specialized experience in manufacturing and robotics, who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers primarily through phone and electronic communication channels. Your focus will be on driving sales of spare parts, bulk cables, and hoses while providing essential support to the external sales team in ensuring comprehensive customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Development: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within the manufacturing and robotics sectors, leveraging your industry expertise to understand and address customer needs effectively.
    2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to promote and sell spare parts, bulk cables, and hoses, utilizing your technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and robotic systems to offer tailored solutions.
    3. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular communication and exceptional service, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to our products and brand.
    4. Product Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, including spare parts, bulk cables, and hoses, as well as their applications within manufacturing and robotics environments.
    5. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the external sales team by reaching out to manufacturing plants, line builders, and other key stakeholders to provide support and ensure they have access to all relevant products and services.
    6. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and customer requirements within the manufacturing and robotics sectors to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
    7. Collaboration: Work in conjunction with the external sales team to coordinate customer outreach efforts, share insights, and collectively drive sales growth across target markets.

    Qualifications:

    1. Manufacturing and Robotics Experience: Significant experience working in manufacturing environments and/or with robotic systems, providing you with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements.
    2. Sales Track Record: Proven success in sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    3. Technical Aptitude: Strong technical acumen and familiarity with manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, and related components, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers and address their technical inquiries.
    4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
    5. Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with clients in the manufacturing and robotics sectors.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
