    Air Quality Project Manager – Oil & Gas
    POWER Engineers' Environmental Division provides planning, permitting, engineering, site assessment, and corrective action services to clients worldwide.

    We are seeking an Air Quality Project Manager with Oil & Gas expertise for the Air Quality and Related Environmental Group.

    This position will be based in one of the following offices with the ability to work a hybrid work schedule, half home/ half office or fully remote.

    Employees may travel to a POWER office for periodic meetings.

    The Air Quality Project Manager manages air quality projects and works with teams on complex environmental projects.

    In addition to executing project work, the Air Quality Project Manager is involved in business development activities and proposal writing.

    The successful candidate will be able to conduct and manage a myriad of air quality permitting and compliance projects primarily for industrial clients.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    Manages projects related to air quality permits and compliance services

    Assists industrial clients in determining federal and state air quality regulatory applicability and develops strategies and systems for compliance

    Interfaces with State air quality agencies and EPA on behalf of industrial clients

    Works collaboratively with POWER colleagues, external companies and attorneys in support of clients' air quality needs

    Supports business development activities and prepares proposals for environmental support

    Advocates for POWER's clients, keeping them informed of pertinent regulatory matters and other issues that impact their business

    Calculates emissions and evaluates air emissions control technologies

    Participate in environmental compliance audits

    Performs and ensures QA/QC of technical work

    Mentors POWER's technical staff for their professional development

    Required Education/Experience
    Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related science or engineering

    A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including oil & gas air quality experience

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including report writing, oral presentations, and direct verbal communication

    Experience in interpreting and developing compliance strategies for State and Federal air quality regulations and proven problem-solving skills

    Availability to travel up to 20% of the time

    DOE:

    The pay range for this position is $95K - $115K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
