    **Quality Control Supervisor Role**

    • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the ECC Quality Control Program, design specifications, building codes and national/local standards.
    • Promote and support the safety program with subcontractors and project team members on a daily basis.
    • Implement the Three-Phase Control Process as per Company standards and contract requirements.
    • Facilitate QC meetings and document minutes.
    • Evaluate, review, monitor, and document testing results.
    • Inspect and document receipt of materials to ensure compliance with contract documents.
    • Process submittals to meet contract and project requirements.
    • Assist/author quality-related documentation, completing required information for daily reports and client communications.
    • Author Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Closely out corrective actions and initiate stop work/rework when necessary.
    • Support the effort to close the project in a timely manner.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Diplomatically communicate with written/oral formats.
    • Exhibit independent thinking and reasoning.
    • Teach others quality concepts and requirements.
    • Lead subcontractors and project teams in quality endeavors.
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, email systems, and Windows.
    • Hold a current Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractor's certificate or obtain one within 60 days.
    • Hold five years of experience in construction with two years as a Quality Control Supervisor.
    • Travel periodically for project management approval.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields. Equivalent combination of education/experience may be substituted under certain circumstances.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    • Masters degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
    • Five years of Quality Control experience.
    • Ten years of Construction experience.
    • Effective experience in a dotted line reporting structure.
    • Familiarity with workplace health and safety concepts.
    • Applicable certification in Quality.
    • Able to use USACE Resident Management System (RMS).
    • OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification.
    • First Aid and CPR Certification.
    • ACI Certification.
    • Prior experience with Federal Government DoD construction projects.
