FINANCIAL ANALYSTNow recruiting on behalf of a growing, mid-sized, PE-backed healthcare company in its search for a Financial Analyst. This role has outstanding exposure to executive leadership and plays a critical role in analyzing and forecasting the company's primary expense line: labor costs. Additionally, they offer the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. They have a competitive compensation and benefits package as well.
The Financial Analyst will work closely with the SVP of Finance and the CFO and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, complex labor cost forecasting/modeling/analysis, OpEx support, KPI tracking, reporting, and other ad hoc analysis.
