    Surgical Services/Sterile Processing Tech


    Join us at Softpath-System for a challenging opportunity to work as a Surgical Services/Sterile Processing Tech. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety in our Sterile Processing Department.


    We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Central Sterile Processing (CSP) who can provide quality service and maintain productivity within various areas of work. Key responsibilities include:


    • Assembly of surgical instrument trays and case carts according to pick sheets accurately and completely;
    • Proficient use of an instrument tracking system; Censitrac experience preferred;
    • Maintaining proficiency with instrumentation for Orthopedics, Podiatry, General Surgery (including laparoscopic), Neurology, GYN/Urology, Plastics/ENT/Robotics/Ophthalmology/Cardiac surgery lines;
    • Decontamination of soiled supplies/equipment;Steam/Low Temperature sterilization skills required.
    • Certification as Instrument Specialist(CIS) is desirable but not mandatory.;

    The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills,>a minimum 2 years CSP experience CRSCT/CBSPD certification & or CIS certificate ,and the ability to maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to quality standards. The Flu vaccine requirement during flu season is essential.
