Operational Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operational Support Specialist to provide critical support in mitigation efforts for our clients. This role involves performing tasks related to water pumping and extraction, mold removal, and operating specialized equipment under supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Receive instructions from team leaders and understand MSDS protocols for chemical products used during mitigation processes.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and ensure they are clean and in good condition.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and mastery of the Book of Damage Caused by Water.
• Under supervision, operate equipment such as scrapers, rinse rods, weighed trawls, and portable extraction units.
• Build containment systems using appropriate calculations and equipment.
• Use cleaning and disinfecting solutions, debris removal techniques, and lifting techniques to protect client property.
• Removes vapor barriers, labels recoverable cuttings, makes holes for air flow, and installs Injectidry systems.
• Comply with client standards to safeguard other people's property.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to customer service principles.
• Work under time constraints to meet deadlines and travel for night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications:

• Identify product usage and disposal requirements.
• Knowledge of pump systems and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Salary: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Experience: 5 years of Restoration experience and 5 years of Mold remediation experience
