They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience running projects, with a strong track record in commercial construction, specifically in K-12, healthcare, or industrial sectors. You will play a key role in overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned construction projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members for successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Resolve any on-site issues and conflicts swiftly and effectively.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Uphold company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven experience in running projects in K-12, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software and technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
