    REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE
    Evaluate, process, and manage assigned claims for Toxic Tort, Environmental, Pollution, and Asbestos.

    *
    • Analyze claim submissions for potential coverage.
    *
    • Determine appropriate course of action to resolve claim.
    *
    • Assess liability and pursue or preserve recovery.
    *
    • Engage and direct outside counsel in litigation or curative efforts.
    *
    • Negotiate settlements to resolve claims.
    *
    • Review and track insured related expenditures.
