    Job Description

    We are seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to become a part of our team You will supervisor up to 20 direct reports. Team will perform necessary work to keep distribution center running.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain building and material handling equipment for the day to day operations: PM maintenance schedules and track cost of repairs and equipment usage.
    • Maintain and implement a safe working environment, housekeeping, and ensure compliance with all governmental agencies.
    • Negotiate and re-negotiate service contracts with vendors.
    • Gather quotes for planned projects.
    • Work with IT and Engineering Department on plant projects.
    • Support management in on time deliveries, projects, and overall growth.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma required with AAS or trade school preferred
    • 2 years maintenance experience required
    • 2 years leadership experience required
