- 10+ years of related work experience
- Professional Degree in Land Surveying Civil Engineering, or equivalent required
- Registered Licensed Surveyor (PS), preferred or be able to obtain licensure with 6-8 months
- Experience performing ALTA and Boundary Surveys, Topographic/Existing Condition & Route Surveys, and Construction Layout
- Experience managing and directing less experienced staff
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3-D and Trimble product experience helpful
- Manage the survey tasks
- Scheduling the survey crews
- Determining the most appropriate data collection method
- Field data preparation, record research, processing the field data, verifying the accuracy of survey data, survey calculations
- Managing the base mapping process, preparing plats and easements
- Research previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for field surveys
- Perform field work as needed
