    This position works out of our facility in Hot Springs, Ar.

    Come and grow with usIn this role, you will be a member of a team dedicated to developing leading edge veneer processing algorithms for grade and moisture, used in the processing of veneer and plywood products.


    How you Will Make a Positive Impact:

    As a Welder, you'll craft and assemble metal parts to create exceptional equipment that aligns with customer and engineering specifications.

    Operate fabrication machinery and welding equipment to bring our designs to life. Your work will be the backbone of our exceptional equipment. Ensure precision by interpreting job specifications and adjusting machinery as needed. Your attention to detail will be key to producing high-quality results.
    Perform minor maintenance on machinery, contributing to the smooth operation of the fabrication process.
    Your ability to weld in various positions, interpret symbols, and measure accurately will showcase your craftsmanship.
    Performs related duties as assigned by supervision. Follow all shop safety policies and practices.

    Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalentManufacturing experienceAt least one year of experience inShowcase your expertise by passing our Welder II certification, demonstrating your multi-pass welding skills.

    Ability to speak, read, and write English as well as communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to apply basic math skills with accuracy (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.)
