- Support the branch in enhancing sales by maintaining communication with dealers to promote new products and services
- Keep customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products within the assigned territory
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels
- Handle all aspects of the sales process accurately and efficiently
- Provide customers with product and technical information promptly to boost sales
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments and coordinate with relevant departments
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities
- Prepare reports on sales activities and maintain records
- Enhance knowledge of HVAC products and industry trends
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver top-notch service
- Travel to customer locations as required
- Assist in warehouse operations when needed
- Perform additional assigned tasks
- Preferred knowledge of HVAC equipment/products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and database applications
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Operational knowledge of a forklift is a plus
- Adherence to company procedures and policies
- 6+ years of sales and customer service experience
- 5+ years in the HVAC industry
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- HVAC certification is a plus
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without accommodations
