The Opportunity
As the Project Development Manager – Integrated Campus,you will have the opportunity to: Manage all aspects of early development for medium to large integrated campus projects including multi-technology evaluations concept design risk and opportunity evaluations cost estimates schedule development detailed design execution planning overall quality of deliverables Be responsible for the day-to-day successful execution of early project development scope in the areas of performance financial metrics planning schedule quality contractual compliance safety and client satisfaction Provide for the successful staffing of the project Manage and lead small and medium sized teams of multi-discipline professionals Coordinate integrate activities associated with engineering procurement construction startup elements project team third-party companies contributing initiative Work with clients understand portfolio needs goals develop viable solutions meet their needs.
