    As a Sales Administrator your customers are both the KDS Northern California customers as well as your fellow co-workers. It is important to maintain excellent customer service representation to both groups.

    Responsibilities:

    + Act as point of contact for Account Executives.

    + Work with leasing companies to obtain buyout and approvals.

    + Assist Account Executives with leasing questions, acts as a liaison between the leasing company and Account Executives.

    + Collect, compile, and process all paperwork for demos, leases and sales.

    + Prepare equipment movement forms for cash and lease deals.

    + Be familiar with equipment and its configuration to prepare equipment movement forms properly.

    + Communicate with the Warehouse and sales department regarding equipment movement & availability.

    + Performs other duties as assigned by management.

    + Complete accurate paperwork and/or electronic documentation

    + Interact with team members.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience.

    + Microsoft Office experience is a must.

    + Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

    + Must be a good communicator with the ability to speak concisely and listen attentively.

    + Ability to multi-task and move from one related task to another quickly.

    + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

    + Must be a team player, reliable, flexible and customer oriented.

    + Dedicated, loyal and hard working.

    + Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

    The typical pay range for this role is $55,000.00-$69, This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
