**Current Need:**

Join our team of leaders to begin a rewarding career as a Full-Time Lead Material Handler As a Lead for the Lakeland Distribution Center, it is imperative that the leadership team remain engaged, focused, and committed to the success of the operation. To help ensure all objectives and goals are properly aligned and the operation is poised for success

**Schedule:**

**Monday- Friday 7:30 am- until completion**

**Job Duties**

Processing, Packaging and Store supplies, materials, and equipment

Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities

Audits goods received into warehouse

Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures

Prepare and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space

responsible for coordinating the daily activities of a small team of about 10-50 employees.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

HS Diploma or Equivalent

2+ years experience in warehouse or distribution center environment

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experienced in AS400 system

**Critical Qualification:**

1+ year Prior experience as a Lead or Supervisor

Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge of various warehouse functions

Basic computer skills.

Basic math skills

Ability to work under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for independent judgment.

Must be organized and able to work independently.

**Physical Requirements:**

Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)

Must be able to bend, sit, stand, twist, stoop for long periods of time

Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)

Working with RF scanning equipment

**Education:**

High School Diploma or equivalent degree

**Career Level -** IC-Operations Support-O4
