What You'll Do
You'll keep our production lines running.
You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain filling and packaging equipment in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. When something goes down, you diagnose it. When something can be prevented, you build the system to prevent it.
This role owns uptime.
What You'll Work On
Encapsulators, fillers, conveyors, labelers, heat tunnels, transfer systems
Motors, drives, sensors, AC/DC circuits
Preventive maintenance schedules and documentation
Equipment installations and upgrades
Work order tracking in digital maintenance systems
Basic facility and utility support
You'll coordinate with OEMs and integrators when issues move beyond on-site capability — but most days, you're the one solving the problem.

Downtime is reduced and root causes are documented
Preventive maintenance is consistent and measurable
Equipment runs safely and within GMP standards
Operators trust you
What You Bring
3 – 5+ years maintaining automated production or packaging equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude
Working knowledge of motors, sensors, and basic electrical troubleshooting
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Comfort in high-speed manufacturing environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver's license
Preferred Experience
Filling and packaging systems (BellatRx a plus)
GMP-regulated manufacturing (food, supplement, pharma)
Exposure to PLC logic or automation controls
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
