    Your Role:

    Join our team as an Associate, Investments in our Investments department, where your strategic prowess will shape the future of our property portfolio. Work with senior management to set ambitious performance targets. With a keen eye for data-driven insights, you'll oversee meticulous reports and presentations that drive key decisions. Your role isn't limited to the confines of our department—you'll optimize workflows across various verticals, harnessing technology to bolster our analytical capabilities. Come spearhead innovation, cultivate collaboration, and make impactful strides in our dynamic real estate landscape.

    What will you be doing?
    • Develop and implement strategic plans for dispositions group, aligning with overall company objectives and growth targets.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set performance targets, KPIs, and metrics for the Investments team and ensure they are on track to achieve those targets.
    • Foster a data-driven culture within the team, encouraging data-driven decision-making, and implementing best practices for data analysis and reporting.
    • Oversee the production of comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    • Optimize workflows within the Investments group and across other verticals for enhanced efficiency.
    • Collaborate with data teams to enhance analysis and reporting capabilities, leveraging technology and automation where possible.
    • Assist in the identification and integration of new data sources to enhance the depth and breadth of analysis conducted by the team.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Investments team and other departments, promoting effective communication and cooperation to achieve company-wide goals.
    • Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, optimize portfolio performance, and implement innovative solutions to challenges.
    • Perform advanced data analysis using SQL and other tools to uncover insights, patterns, and trends to support strategic decision-making.

    What we look for:

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in strategic planning, data analysis, and asset management within the real estate or related industry.
    • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
    • Solid understanding of real estate investment principles, financial metrics, and performance indicators.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects, delivering results on time and within scope.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with real estate software and databases.
