The Sr. Manager of Incident Management oversees incident-related operations leading three core teams: IPT manages intakes processing and documentation of operational incidents IRT investigates and resolves high-level customer incidents CRT handles complaints escalations trend analysis

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management Scale IPT IRT CRT teams ensure high-quality output professional growth.
  • Spearhead company-wide incident management strategy policy frameworks.
  • Serve as primary escalation point complex high-impact incidents complaints.
