    Hypori is seeking a HR Manager.

    Employees are our most important asset and you'll have the opportunity to work across the entire Hypori organization and ensure we have a happy and productive workplace.

    The HR Manager, reporting to the CFO, will work closely together to promote corporate values and shape a positive culture.


    Responsibilities:


    Partners with leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention and succession planning.

    Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

    Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes competitive base and inceptive pay programs to ensure organization attracts and retains top talent.

    Bridge management and employee relations by overseeing disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
    Oversee and direct payroll processing, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations while maintaining payroll records.

    Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:
    Proven working experience as a HR with a minimum of 5 years in a high-growth SaaS company.
    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    Demonstratable experience with Human Resources metrics
    Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
    Ability to architect strategy alongside other leaders in the organization.
    Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
