- Ensuring accuracy of corporate financial records and reports for assigned duties.
- Prepare and enter journal entries for month-end close process and management of our debt.
- Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Provide related variance analysis monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Manage Prepaid, Accrued Expenses and Fixed/Intangible Asset schedules including recording depreciation and amortization.
- Collaborating among departments to share accounting data and improve efficiencies.
- Preparing, reviewing, and distributing financial reports.
- Preparing rollforwards and financial analysis.

- Experience conducting variance analysis.
- Experience conducting actual to budget/forecast analysis.
- Experience with monthly, quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Experience recording montly journal entries, accruals, reclasses, etc.
- Experience with debt reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 0-2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient use of Excel.
- Superb attention to detail.

- Expected pay rate of $63,000 - $77,000.You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
