Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in City of Milford (balance), Connecticut.Must have 2+ years of experience.
This contract pays approximately $9,717/month gross.
Assignment details:
Contract length: 14 weeks
Shift length: 8 hour shifts
Hours per week: 40

Job responsibilities:
Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
