Project manage high-end residential painting projects for fast-growing painting company
Essential Job Functions
Provides project management for multiple concurrent painting projects
This is not a painting position; you will be managing numerous professional painting foreman
Conferwith homeowners, foreman, sales, and design professionals for painting projects.
Inspect and review projects to monitor quality
Qualifications
College degree and/or some years of construction management experience
Prior history working with subcontractors preferred
Prior history working with residential customers is a plus
Required Abilities
Self-motivated with strong communication by call, text, and email
Average computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and basis project management software
Some evenings and Saturday hours are necessary during the peak seasons of Spring, Summer, and Fall.
