    We are looking for a Lead HR Business Analyst to join the People Operations team at Clarivate.

    In this role, you will assist the HR team in the collection, review, and reporting of employee and organization data.

    Proficiency in modern business intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferredAbility to work with and protect highly sensitive data in a confidential manner adhering to data privacy policies at all timesGood organizational and time management skills, juggling conflicting prioritiesHigh degree of comfort with technology and reporting; advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Proficiency in data preparation and querying methods preferredKnowledge of Workday reporting and dashboarding solutions preferred (Report writer, designer, Prism analytics)Broad understanding of HR and People DataBasic understanding of data science and advanced analyticsWhat will you be doing in this role? Deliver data-driven insights to support HR goals and enable data driven decision making; interacts very closely with internal customers to ascertain requirements/needsDevelop, deploy, maintain, and/or support interactive, self-service reporting and data visualization solutionsMake decisions regarding the optimal medium (ie, Workday, TBD Agile BI tool, Excel, etc) to deliver insights to customersPerform and deliver ad-hoc analyses as neededCollaborate Senior Data role to optimize systems used to deliver people insightsTrains & advises on insights solution suite and the use and availability of people dataGathers, extracts, manipulates, analyzes and models data using analytical tools.

    Documents and articulates the steps taken in an analysis.
    Responsible for generating monthly metrics (i.e. turnover, retention, headcount, FTEs among others)Acts as expert on HR data in order to advise internal customers on data needs.
