- Apply a thorough understanding of business transformation to contribute to the deployment and ongoing operations of a Business Transformation capability within a large, global organization; execute base on strategy, focusing on vision value, speed, talent, and benefits realization; utilize leadership skills within a matrix organization to ensure consistent methodology, exceptional delivery, and benefits realization consistent with the organization's multi-year expense targets of $500MM Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients to keep alignment on strategies; promote and foster collaboration to achieve the required goals and objectives
- Identify operating model improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation through implementation of enhancements that create client value, process efficiencies, and/or enhanced quality
- Lead entire small to medium size projects, managing deadlines and expectations; collaborate with internal customers and teams; plan and facilitate project team meetings and oversee completion of action items
- Arrange and complete information gathering activities, including activity surveys to obtain business input and conduct analysis on data to derive insights for decision-making; formulate and update transformation implementation roadmaps
- Oversee work product(s), contribute to staffing decisions, and supervise the work performed by more junior staff; provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to such individuals; serve as a formal performance manager of a team of junior employees
- Minimum eight years of recent work experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, linguistics, cognitive science, or a related field
- Experience in business transformation delivery with capability to create incremental value and strategy
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and apply expertise to make concrete decisions that impact the organization and the firm
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
