Sr. Substation Project Engineer - Frisco

+ Ensure compliance with client standards and applicable codes
+ Perform site visits for scoping, construction coordination, and post-construction inspections
High voltage (15kV–500kV) substation design Grounding and lightning protection studies Physical and/or protection & controls layouts Substation equipment and vendor coordination Proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or equivalent design software Strong communication, technical writing, and documentation skills Ability to lead technical teams and collaborate across disciplines Experience with relay settings SCADA integration ,and protection philosophies Familiarity with power system modeling analysis tools ETAP CYME SKM Knowledge of 3D substation modeling BIM processes is a plus Previous experience working utilities EPCs regional ISOs
