    We are seeking a Food and Beverage leader to join our team as a Restaurant General Manager. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and the ability to effectively manage the front and back of house teams.

    As a GM, you will assist in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

    Responsibilities:

    ? Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide guidance, support, and direction to restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

    ? Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

    ? Execute the vision of the Souvlaki brand with employees and customers.

    ? Interview, hire, and train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

    ? Responsible for inventory of restaurant operations.

    ? Provide ongoing coaching, support and evaluations to enhance team performance.

    ? Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels while managing labor costs effectively.

    ? Monitoring and controlling expenses, including food and labor costs, to maximize profitability.

    ? Uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance.

    ? Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

    ? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.

    Qualifications

    ? 3 years experience in the restaurant industry

    ? ServSafe Certification

    ? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

    ? Excellent communication and customer service abilities ? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    ? Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends

    ? Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

    ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus
