- Type letters and reports for the Career Technical Education Director and instructors
- Maintain bookkeeping, record and do requisitioning
- Type requisitions for monthly travel reimbursement for Career Technical Education Programs
- Type meeting agendas, letters, minutes, reports, etc., as requested
- Process maintenance requisitions for the Career Technical Education Programs
- Process correspondence, reports, notices, and recommendations
- Maintain a regular filing system and process incoming mail as instructed
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain a schedule of appointments and make arrangements for conferences and interviews
- Ability and/or willingness to learn to use the Blackboard Computer System for parent/family updates
- Welcome visitors and arrange for their comfort, and screen unexpected callers
- Abide by the Mansfield City Board of Education policies and regulations

JOB OBJECTIVE(S):
To assure the smooth and efficient operation of the Career Technical Education Department, so that the office's maximum positive impact on the education of the Career Technical Education students can be realized.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Conduct: Each staff member shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance and abuse of any prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.
Each staff member shall serve as a role model for students in how to conduct themselves as citizens and as responsible, intelligent human beings. Each staff member has a moral responsibility to help instill in students the belief in and practice of ethical principles and democratic values.
