- Conducting and presenting research at local and national conventions
- Supervising the development of individual goals and objectives
- Guiding the creation of behavioral intervention guidelines, teaching plans, and programs
- PhD or Masters in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA Certification
- Current LABA designation in Massachusetts
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs in practical settings
