    We are seeking an experienced APRN or PA-C to join our team We are a forward-thinking primary care medical group located in the heart of Venice, and are looking for team-players to join our growing medical group. Experience in family medicine/primary care preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
    • Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
    • Provide preventive medicine services such as Medicare Annual Wellness examinations
    • Track and address care gaps among patient panel(s)
    • Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
    • Develop and implement patient management plans
    • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

    Qualifications:

    • Current Physician Assistant or Advanced Nurse Practitioner License/Certification.
    • Familiarity with basic preventive care and Quality & coding protocols.
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
